Inspect shipments upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damage to us immediately. Damaged shipments must remain with the original packaging for freight company inspection.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Contact Sales for a return material authorization (RMA) number and forwarding instructions. Returned material will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Special orders can not be returned.
Warranty: All KIN-TEK instrumentation carry a one-year limited warranty. If you are experiencing any problems with your instrument, contact Sales/Service. A representative will troubleshoot the problem and will issue a RMA number for service, if needed.
